• Driver's license class 5 (GDL or non-GDL) or class 6

• Proof of vehicle insurance

• Credit Card

• Closed-toed shoes

• Long sleeve shirt or a jacket (recommended)

• Jeans or pants (recommended)

• Sunglasses (recommended)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours ahead of the departure time will be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduling option at no additional cost.

• For cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time, a free rescheduling option is available. However, you must inform us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

• In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Clause - Bad Weather:

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, VespaYEG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for the safety of our customers. If your booking is affected, we will offer the option of a refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. Your safety is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work together to provide an exceptional Vespa experience.
